Our sausage meat sticks are made in-house from free-range pork. Slice them up for stuffing, sausage rolls or Scotch eggs, or fry them like a sausage for breakfast. They also make a good base for meatballs, and squeezed out of the casing, they work in pies and pasta sauces.
