Minute Steak

Minute steak is flattened thin so it cooks very quickly, roughly a minute per side in a hot pan. Ours is cut from sirloin or another premium cut. It is just the thing for a quick supper when you are short on time. Season it, fry it in a little oil and butter, and serve with chips and a fried egg, or in a crusty roll with fried onions.
