Pork Loin Boned & Rolled

A boned and rolled pork loin is a tidy, easy-carving roast for a family dinner. Our pork loin is free-range, from within a 20-mile radius, and it is a lean joint, so take care not to overcook it. Roast it at around 180°C for roughly 25 minutes per 500g, then rest it for at least ten minutes. Serve with roast potatoes, apple sauce and gravy.
