These 5kg pork belly strips are free-range pork, from within a 20-mile radius. They are made for the barbecue, the oven or the slow cooker. Bake them slowly until tender, then crisp them in a hot oven or on the barbecue, glazed with soy, honey and garlic. Portion and freeze what you will not use soon. Good for parties, family barbecues and filling the freezer.
