Hunters Chicken

Hunters is a chicken breast stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon, with BBQ sauce and more cheese on top. It is a hit with families and good for a weekday supper. Bake it in a hot oven for around 25 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and the chicken is cooked through. Chips and coleslaw suit it well.
