Ribeye Steak

Our ribeye steak is marbled with fat all the way through, and that is where the juiciness and flavour come from. It is happiest in a very hot pan or on the barbecue, a few minutes on each side, then rested for a good five minutes so the juices settle. Season with salt and pepper and little else.
