Smoke House Burger

Our Smoke House Burger has a sweet, smoky and savoury flavour that works with a bun and little else. Cook it on a hot barbecue or griddle pan for about five minutes each side, until cooked through, and rest it for a couple of minutes. Serve it in a toasted bun with cheese, onion rings and your favourite relish.
