Beef & Guinness Sausage

Beef and Guinness makes a rich, deep-flavoured sausage, made in-house with free-range beef. Cook the beef and Guinness sausages gently in a pan or the oven for 20 minutes or so, turning until browned. They go well with mash and onion gravy, or simmer them in a stout gravy and spoon the lot over mash. Leftovers can be sliced into a pie filling.
