Dry Cure Green Back

Green back bacon is dry-cured but not smoked, so the flavour is milder and more savoury. Ours is cut thick. Fry or grill the dry-cured green back bacon for a few minutes on each side until the fat is golden. It is the one for a traditional full English, a bacon and egg sandwich, or chopping into a creamy carbonara or a quiche.
