T-Bone Steak

A T-bone gives you two steaks in one: sirloin on one side of the bone and fillet on the other, so you get two textures and plenty of flavour from the bone. It is a big steak, so give it time. Sear our T bone steak in a hot pan or on the barbecue, turn it a couple of times and rest it before carving.
