Combo Pack 4

The biggest of our combo packs holds a whole leg of lamb, 3kg of topside of beef, 3kg of pork loin and a 3kg gammon joint. It is designed for large families, freezer filling or feeding a crowd at a celebration. Freeze joints you will not use straight away, then defrost them in the fridge for a full day or two before roasting. Rest every roast before carving.
