Chuck Steak

Chuck is a flavourful shoulder cut, and we sell it whole so you can cut it to suit. Our chuck steak is at its best cooked slowly, in a chilli, a pie filling or a Sunday stew. Cut it into chunks, brown it well and simmer it gently for a couple of hours until it falls apart. It also freezes well once cooked, so make a big batch.
