5kg Sirloin Steaks

A 5kg pack of dry-aged sirloin steaks, with a strip of fat along the edge for flavour. Portion the steaks into freezer bags with baking paper between them and defrost in the fridge. Fry or grill for a few minutes on each side, rest, and serve with chips and a pepper sauce. Good for entertaining or filling the freezer.
